Her knowledge and experience in the clinical field of nutrition provides her clients with an opportunity to learn about a wide variety of topics, depending on needs and interests. In a nutrition consultation, Leah can provide education in eating a balanced diet, weight loss, management of nutrition related diseases such as diabetes, high blood pressure, elevated cholesterol/triglycerides, and digestive problems. She is committed to teaching people about their bodies and how nutrition leads to a happier, fulfilled lifestyle.
Leah studied at Cal Poly in San Luis Obispo, graduating in 2000 with a B.S. in Nutritional Science and attended grad school at Loma Linda University Medical Center. After graduation she began her career as a Registered Dietitian. Her focus has always been in the clinical field of nutrition, starting in hospitals, focusing mostly in the Intensive Care Units, but also seeing patients in every area from maternity, cancer care, surgery and cardiac care. For the last 2 years she has worked at the Templeton Dialysis Center, caring for patients with kidney failure. She loves the challenge of consulting with doctors to treat nutrition related diseases.

I first tried pole dancing/fitness in: June, 2009. I had some friends who thought it’d be something fun to try. I came to an intro class and was hooked!!
I keep coming back because: It’s the most fun I’ve ever had in an exercise environment, a great workout, and an incredible mind/body experience.
